Hooooker

I finish reading 'Death of a Super hero' the book was calling out to me in my local comic book store. It was sat there all alone well on top of other books but only one of its kind. So i picked it up. Read the back and i was caught by its attraction. Plus i wasn't leaving the store without buying anything. Its just not normal. So i got it. And i couldn't wait to read it i even stop reading Cell by Steven King to get this book read.

So i sat in my in my grandads reading and reading. First the book starts of by having Donald walking the streets listening to his Ipod on max. When he saves a girl from getting ran over. Super hero like and everything then he walks off with out getting any thanks or anything because he doesn't have time. Then he walks UP a wall. Yes up a wall. This bit still puzzles me but i think it was just a flip on Dons view on the event.

So he goes to see the Doctors. Hes got cancer and is not fighting it. The doctors fear for him and so dose his family. He really just doesn't care anymore. He has lost all hope. He doesn't talk to family or his Friends. He's a closed book. He loves drawing comics. He's not a big fan though. He doesn't think the superheros of today are real. So he has his own.

One that has a really sucky bad guy after him i must say.

But anyhow back on track so Dr King one of the worlds best Doctors is called to help him. Don doesn't get on with him at first but then they soon see eye to eye. Later on in the book after Dons obsession with geting laid is fully blown and he doesn't want to did as the big V. Dr King decided to get him a hooker. I know this kids like 14 and he's getting a hooker paid for him. So anyhow Don wants a Electra type hooker so they look and finally find one thats women and not a guy too :P

So anyhow Don doesn't go through with it but he doesn't let King know that. Instead he draws the hooker and jumps on her bed making sex noise to make it sound liek he is doing it. The hooker was ok with it. Well she was geting paid so she had to be.

So anyhow. He dies later. Yeps sad sad. But theres way more tot he story, he gropes a girl in the boggs or well trys, runs away, Dr King gets fired. etc. So yes lots.

I would really recommend reading the book even if i just told you the ending. :p its still a good read.
